Engaging Life with The Gospel

Gospel Project Update

Seems we are about to kick off a “Vision Building Opportunities”.

Please pray for us as we “begin a conversation” with several potentially key ministry partners:

1. A venue owner – who wants to see their family business used for kingdom ministry.

2. A church leadership team – who want to see their college age group connected with a larger group of peers who are intentional about their personal discipleship.

3. A college study group leadership team – who need a regular place to meet and  want to be used in ministry to encourage peers in the faith.

4. A fellow pastor – concerning my desire to submit to another pastor for accountability in my ministry (until God calls us to another vocational opportunity or we join a local church).

5. Local pastors – to see if there would be support for a para-church ministry to focus on group and personal discipleship, while encouraging ministry involvement in the local churches where God has called them.

This week’s memory verse:
“The LORD is my shepherd, there is nothing I lack. He lets me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He renews my life; He leads me along the right paths for His name’s sake. Even when I go through the darkest valley, I fear no danger, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff —they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Only goodness and faithful love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord as long as I live.” (Psalm 23, HCSB)
